Beach Boys member Mike Love recently put his Pebble Beach home back on the market with an asking price of $6.45 million. The re-list represents a price hike of over 10%.

The home is a curious amalgam of traditional European styles, and features a facade with a cathedral-like stone entrance, a medieval-style stone turret, and a pair of loggias in the rear. The interiors stretch to 8,900 square feet, with seven bedrooms and five bathrooms and an design style that mixes grandiose and cozy. The residence was custom built in 2006.

Amenities include an elevator, five fireplaces, a home theater, and a wine tasting room. The detached guest house features a full kitchen.

Love’s master suite is especially worthy of note: it occupies the entire top floor of the home, and boasts some of the best views of the Pacific the property has to offer. The master bath features a fireplace and creeping-vine stenciling.

The exterior of the home offers broad appeal, with prominent second-floor terraces, patio, an outdoor kitchen, a pizza oven, a hot tub, and a gated entrance.

Mike Love was a founding member of the Beach Boys. Last year saw the release of his latest solo studio effort, ‘Unleash the Love.’
