Los Angeles Dodgers All-Star Yasiel Puig recently sold his Sherman Oaks home for $1.98 million.

Puig first listed the home for $2.3 million, so the outfielder ended up accepting considerably less than he originally wanted for the home. However, since he paid $1.8 million for the home four years ago, he’s just about made even.

The gated Mediterranean-style spans 4,600 square feet, with six bedrooms and six baths throughout. Built in 2003, the interior is a bit dated, but the spacious residence still wows with a number of luxe features: double-height entry, stone floors, and sprawling ceilings are a few of the finer details. Floors are plank hardwood or stone, and the foyer features a nice bit of inlay.

The house features a generally open floor plan, with large living and gathering spaces, and a staircase rising to a second level rotunda gallery. The first floor features a wet bar and a limestone fireaplace. There master opens onto a second-floor balcony perfect for sunbathing.

Puig’s former home impresses out back, as well, and features lush landscaping, dedicated patio space, a built-in barbeque, and a swimming pool with a spa.
