Tech entrepreneur Marc Lore recently spent $43.79 million on a luxurious New York penthouse.

Lore, who co-founded Jet.com and is now in charge of Walmart’s e-commerce division, utilized a limited liability company to purchase the high-end residence. In fact, he picked up what is believed to be the most expensive penthouse in Manhattan’s celebrity-filled 443 Greenwich Street building.

The techy businessman is now neighbors with the likes of stars like Justin Timberlake and Jennifer Lawrence. Considering the building has underground parking and private entrances, it’s not surprising so many popular faces have called the building home.

The beautiful 8,569-square-foot penthouse holds five bedrooms and plenty of space for entertaining. Lore and his guests will enjoy a private elevator entrance before entering the foyer and the connected 41-foot-long living room with soaring ceilings and wooden beams.

Opportunities to entertain continue thanks to a private pool and an expansive outdoor terrace offering incredible views of NYC. Even though the sale took place in April, Lore was just outed as the lucky purchaser.
