Hollywood producer and media magnate Reginald Hudlin is looking to move on from his Beverly Hills home, and hoping for $14.75 million in the bargain.

The contemporary-style residence stretches to almost 4,500 square feet, and is set on three-quarters of an acre near the Franklin Canyon Reservoir. It boasts five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and walls of floor-to-ceiling windows.

Although the home is in need of renovation, it boasts many a consolation; several terrace balconies looking out on the lush setting top the list, as the location is marvelous. There are also a number of opportunities for outdoor entertainment by way of several decks, an outdoor kitchen, and a swimming pool.

Best known for producing the Oscar-nominated Tarantino outing “Django Unchained,” Hudlin has also served as BET Networks’ president of entertainment, and as a writer of Marvel’s hit comic series “Black Panther.”
