Former James Bond actor George Lazenby has listed his expansive Los Angeles County property for $3.49 million.

Lazenby owns 12 parcels totaling 480 acres in the city of Pearblossom in the Antelope Valley. Although the estate is quite a distance from downtown L.A., it’s a true mountaintop retreat.

Built in 1954, the adobe-style ranch house was constructed with 15-inch-thick adobe walls and absolutely zero nails.  The 1,969-square-foot residence boasts expansive views of the sprawling desert valley.

The L-shaped house with a covered porch holds three bedrooms and two baths. Potential buyers will be drawn in by the home’s classic charm thanks to elements like a wood-beamed ceiling in the living room, Dutch doors, and a brick fireplace. It still has its original roof, a tile-and-timber design that looks like it will easily survive another 60 years.

Lazenby followed Sean Connery into 007 territory in one film: 1969’s “On Her Majesty’s Secret Service.” He retired from the role before the movie premiered. His more recent silver screen appearances include “Universal Soldier” and “Gettysburg.”
