Ndamukong Suh Willing to Take a Loss on $6.5M Ft. Lauderdale Mansion

Recently former Miami Dolphins player Ndamukong Suh has reduced the ask to $6.45 million on his Fort Lauderdale mansion. Suh initially listed the home in February with an asking price of $7.29 million. The All-Pro lineman paid $6.5 million for the home back in 2014.

Following his recent cut from the Dolphins, Suh made it clear he was ready to move on from the grandiose contemporary by dropping his ask by nearly $1 million. The house contains six bedrooms, and a wide array of amenities: a wine room, home theater, gym, and incredible water views top the list. The home is engineered for entertaining, with a large custom pool, a detached pool house, a game room, an outdoor kitchen, and 100 feet of water frontage.

At 11,000 square feet, and with open, bright interiors, the home’s sense of expanse is striking even for upper-end Florida residential real-estate. The current asking price includes all furnishings.

Back in 2015, Suh earned the title of the highest-paid NFL defensive player with a $114-million, six-year contract with the Dolphins. He was cut loose after three years, and is now a free agent.
