Actor Topher Grace has earned $4.2 million in the sale of his Manhattan loft.

The former “That ’70s show” star purchased the 1,800-square-foot West Village condominium for $2.2 million in 2004. He first put the residence on the open market in June of last year, for $4.25 million, but later dropping the ask to just below $4 million. The condo’s sale price was the result of a bidding war, though, which pushed it to $4.2 million.

The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath unit boasts a stylish industrial-chic aesthetic with elements like exposed brick, a pressed tin ceiling, and original hardwood floors. Industrial tropes abound, with exposed ducts, track lighting, and pipe used liberally as an accent.

Layout? Long. A key-lock elevator opens to a narrow loft space with a connected living and dining area. One end of the unit is devoted to the large master suite, which incorporates a sitting area, a walk-in closet, and a unique poured-concrete bathroom.

Grace is set to appear opposite James Franco in the upcoming film adaptation of William Faulkner’s “Mississippi Requiem”; the film is based on a quartet of the Nobel Prize-winning author’s short stories.
