Lee Rocker of the band Stray Cats just relisted his Orange County mansion for $8.7 million.

The bass player and rockabilly revivalist has cut the asking price considerably; originally listed in 2016, the home’s initial listing price was $13 million. The Los Angeles-area mansion features a quirky aesthetic that draws on North African design influences, as well as a number of luxurious features.

Located in the Emerald Bay neighborhood, the 6,794-square-foot Moroccan-style residence holds six en-suite bedrooms in addition to two half-baths. Boasting designs from Marvin Taff, the home incorporates a grand double-sided stair entryway embellished with murals and a huge Moroccan pendant fixture, a mix of light tile and dark hardwood floors, and large windows offering ocean views.

Standout spaces include an eat-in kitchen with marble slab countertops, a breakfast nook, a dining room, and a wine cellar. Additionally, the home also has a wood-paneled library, fitness room, home theater, and a studio with an office and private entrance.

The backyard is impressive as well with a large pool and spa, in addition to incredible views of the city skyline, ocean, and Catalina Island.

Rocker, alongside fellow Cats James McDonnell and Brian Setzer, has sold more than 10 million albums; the band’s releases have earned 23 gold and platinum records.
