Sean Spicer Is Seeking a Tenant for His $2.6K/Month Townhouse in the DC Area

Sean Spicer, the man whose tenure as Press Secretary for the current administration gave us the marvelous political euphemism ‘alternative facts’—comedy gold for any satirist worth their salt—is trying very hard to rent a townhouse in Virginia. Spicer, who resigned from his position at the White House last July, is asking just $2,550 per month for the residence.

In any case, on to the townhouse, which is situated in Alexandria, VA, just beyond the border of Washington, DC. Spicer’s real-estate earner is a modest little rental, measuring in at 864 square feet, with two bedrooms and one bath throughout. The brick exterior gives it a bit of historical charm; it’s painted light gray, with a red front door and black-accented windows allowing for a nice contrast.

The townhome’s interiors are bright and quite open. Plank oak floors provide some appealing texture, and pale gray walls picking up on the exterior color, and providing a little cooling effect. The home’s kitchen is clean and modern—although very, very small, of course—with stainless, granite, and simple cabinetry providing the essentials and a little flash; the living room gets most of the downstairs space. Bedrooms are carpeted.

The property features a little exterior space, with a slate walkway dividing a couple of strips for gardening diversions.

Before joining and departing from the White House last year, Spicer held positions at the NRCC and the House Budget Committee. He is currently working on a book that details his time in the Trump White House.
