PGA Champion Rory McIlroy recently listed his Palm Beach Gardens mansion for $12.9 million. McIlroy purchased the estate in 2012, for $9.5 million.

The 10,557-square-foot Florida home is a modern-contemporary with six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and a number of luxurious features; it dates to 2010. McIlroy’s bright and airy home gets plenty of Florida light from a series of large windows, many of which stretch floor-to-ceiling.

Set right on the water, the property is lush and green with palm trees and foliage. In addition, the lot next door is available and undeveloped for the future buyer who would like to expand the privacy buffer, or add a guest house or tennis court.

Amenities and features include a trophy wall, an expansive gym, a dramatic crystal light fixture, a giant kitchen, and a large spa tub in the master suite. Back outside, a new golf-minded owner will enjoy the synthetic putting green. Additionally, there is a sunken bar opening to a pool and hot tub, as well as a private footbridge, for outdoor relaxation.

McIlroy recently relocated to a mansion near Jupiter, Florida.
