Maroon 5 Frontman and ‘The Voice’ Judge Adam Levine Lists a Pair of L.A. Homes for $34.8M Total

This week, musician Adam Levine not only listed the L.A.-area home he’s had on and off the market since last year; he also listed the L.A.-area residence he picked up this past August. The two homes are listed with a collective asking price of $35 million.

The most recent acquisition for Levine, the Holmby Hills home he picked up in August of this year, dates to 1966. A French-style villa, it meanders on one floor through 9,220 square feet, and features a preoccupation with transitions, and a liltingly idyllic vision of interior/exterior interplay. Levine purchased the home for $18 million, and apparently began but did not finish a radical revision before putting the home back on the market this week with an asking price of $18.9 million. Easy come, hopefully easy go.

The other property Levine marketed this week represents a somewhat longer ownership period for the singer and guitar player. Levine purchased the Beverly Hills home in 2012, for $4.83 million.

The Beverly Hills house first came up for sale in 2016, when Levine put it on the open market with an asking price of about $17.5 million. Later in 2016 it saw a reduction to just under $16 million, before the listing was pulled or expired. The home features a wide-open living style, with cathedral ceilings and a great deal of glass; there are five bedrooms and seven baths throughout its 7,100 square feet of interior living space. Its 3.7 acres are landscaped mainly with desert flora. It is featured first in the photographs below.

Levine continues to sing and play guitar for Maroon 5. His acting career has blossomed somewhat, and this year saw him take a supporting role in the feature film ‘The Clapper.’
