California-based custom auto shop Singer and Williams Advanced Engineering collaborated to create this incredible 1990 Porsche 911 964 restoration.

Even though the special build began as a Porsche 911 964, it’s almost unrecognizable: Porsche diehards will immediately note the addition of a vintage-inspired bumper, hood, and turn signals. The backdated changes, in addition to Singer-made components like a new ducktail spoiler and fender flares, give the vehicle a bolder, more aggressive feel. Other big names are dropped too, Brembo and BBS among them.

The interior continues the retro-inspired aesthetic with a simplified dash, carbon-fiber accents, and blood orange-colored leather seats. Of course, the retro style isn’t complete without the splash of glossy pea-green paint on the exterior, offset with orange accents.

Singer and Williams’ collaboration is really on display when it comes to performance, though, and with Williams’ 4.0, flat-six engine making 500 hp, it’s going to be fast. The partners focused specifically on reducing the weight of the engine components in addition to increasing the car’s aerodynamics. The approach is revisionist, and the results are stunning.

Since Singer customizes each vehicle according to the customer’s wants, but pricing remains a mystery. No details regarding cost of such a renovation have been revealed by the company.
