Musician Michael Feinstein has listed his Upper East Side townhouse for $15.9 million.

The Great American Songbook archivist first listed the unit for $18 million in 2013. Four years after first hitting the market, the combo townhouse is available again. And now it’s been renovated, and boasts a whole new look.

Located on East 63rd Street in Lenox Hill, the five-story town home holds six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Changes to the 6,150-square-foot home include widened rooms, a top-floor gym, and a meditation terrace. There’s also a tree-filled backyard complete with pagodas and ivy-covered brick walls.

The townhouse has always been a hub for musical talent, and a frequent stop for jazz, score, and songbook heavyweights like Tony Bennett, Liza Minnelli, Stephen Sondheim, and Elaine Stritch.

Feinstein purchased the two 19th-century townhouses that comprise the home in 2004 and 2005, for a total of $6.8 million.
