“Supergirl” writer-producer Robert Rovner has just sold his $2.7-million Encino, California, home after only a month on the market. And, Rovner is trading one home in Encino for another: it turns out he just purchased a different place in the same town.

The East Coast-style traditional spans just over 4,600 square feet with seven bedrooms and 5.5 baths. Set on a quiet cul-de-sac, the home boasts classic features like wainscotting, wood floors, French doors, and a large brick fireplace. Skylights and a nice mix of warm and cool toning give the two-story house an airy, open feel.

In addition to a completely updated kitchen with marble countertops, there’s also space to gather with family or friends in the living room. Outdoors, a lounging patio and dining area and a pool and spa offer more opportunities for relaxing.

Rover picked up the home for around $1.4 million back in 2005, so he’s set to make a great profit on the sale. The “Supergirl” co-executive producer and co-showrunner also worked on “Blood & Oil” and “Dallas.”
