Ivanka Trump is still searching for a tenant for her Lenox Hill apartment. The unit—which was for sale about a year ago at $4.1 million, but yanked from the market when it failed to quickly sell—is located in the Trump Park Avenue building.

Trump initially offered the condo for $15K monthly late this winter, but the price has been steadily whittled away and now has settled at $10.5K monthly. She purchased the property in 2004, for $1.5 million.

The unit features a dual suite layout, and an open-concept common area. Materials and details are very fine, and include herringbone oak floors, marble countertops, custom cabinetry, crown moldings, nine-foot ceilings, pocket doors, and marble baths. White and soft blue are used exclusively, for a simple and uncluttered composition.

The media or family room features built-in bookcases and a rail ladder, and is finished in a somewhat more assertive blue, presenting additional contrast to the warmth of the oak floors. The galley kitchen is compact, and features brushed stainless appliances.

Overall, the apartment’s interiors are tastefully noncommittal, offering a traditional and understated vision of classic New York upscale high-rise living.

Trump and husband Jared Kushner moved to a main residence in the Kalorama neighborhood of DC in December of last year, following the election. They retain a $10 million penthouse apartment in the same New York building as the available property, which is not presently for sale.
