The cool camper craze continues with the introduction of Volkswagen‘s California XXL Camper Concept.

The unique concept vehicle is based on the brand’s California Camper Van but the potential design includes a number of advanced features. The XXL Camper boasts plenty of sleeping space, a stargazer panoramic roof, a digital projection system, and a slide-out wet bath.

The all-wheel drive camper would be larger than the California thanks to intelligently designed sliding, folding, and swiveling elements. The design includes a higher roof, a larger rear bed fit for two adults, a two-child sleeping alcove, a kitchen, and a flexible layout bathroom.

In addition to the release of the new concept, VW also announced the return of its fan-favorite Kombi electric van. Official plans to make the concept a creation have yet to be revealed.
