Director-producer Bruce Gowers has once again listed his expansive Malibu property, this time asking $14.45 million for the equestrian estate.

The “American Idol” director has reduced the price of the property by $500,000 since listing it last year. Dubbed Silver Raven Farms, the four-plus-acre property boasts a beautiful main home, three updated guesthouses, a riding area, and a barn.

Built in 2007, the 5,950-square-foot main home has since been completely remodeled with beautiful features like hand-carved beams, rustic stonework, skylights, chandeliers, and wide-plank walnut floors.

The country-style kitchen is perfect for entertaining with built-in booth seating and a hexagonal island. While all four bedrooms are well equipped, the master suite is the most luxurious with a dressing room and a beautiful bathroom.

Of course, with a swimming pool, a tennis court, vegetable gardens, and idyllic trails, the future residents are sure to spend plenty of time outside.
