The Dry Ager Fridge can also produce charcuterie, and store artisanal cheeses to keep them at their optimal eating temperatures.
The fridge comes in two sizes: the DX 500 can store up to a little under 45 pounds, and the DX 1000 handles about 220 pounds of meaty goodness.
