Retired MLB outfielder Raul Ibanez is looking to move on from his Seattle-area mansion in Issaquah, Washington, for $4.5 million, and that’s $2 million more than the 19-year pro paid for the home in 2010.

Situated on a 10-acre parcel, the manse measures in at 7,700 square feet and holds six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The two-level home boasts two bedrooms on the main floor and four more bedrooms upstairs.

Ibanez’s home is sports maniac’s dream: it features its own sports complex that includes a personal basketball court, a batting cage, and a fitness center. The property also includes an indoor pool and an accompanying spa.

Post-workout features include a private theater, a wet bar, a wine bar, and four fireplaces.

Ibanez spent 11 of his 19 major league seasons playing for the Seattle Mariners, and he also played for the Kansas City Royals, Los Angeles Angels, New York Yankees, and Philadelphia Phillies. The Cuban native racked up 2,034 hits and 305 home runs during his career.
