Golden State point guard Stephen Curry has put his house in Walnut Creek back on the market, with a little bit of a push. Listed in October of last year with an asking price of a little less than $3.7 million, the house has been reduced to $3.2 million.

The NBA sharpshooter purchased the home in 2015, for $3.2 million, but, together with his wife Ayesha, picked up a large chateauesque in the city of Alamo for $5.8 million a short time later, prompting the sale. The new house measures over 10,200 square feet, and features a library, five fireplaces, and sits on a 1.5 acre lot.

The Walnut Creek house dates to 2006, and is a Mediterranean-inspired design with an imposing façade and a great deal of glass. The three-story villa measures over 7,500 square feet, and contains five bedrooms, four baths, and two half-baths. The exterior is rendered in beige, including the contrasted semi-circular roof tiles, making for a somewhat moody first impression.

The home’s interior is distinguished by off-white, for the most part on the cool side, dark wood, and gray stone accents. Updated by the Currys in 2015, the kitchen has been transformed into a white vision with brushed brass accents; metallic surfaces crop up as a design accent frequently, giving the home an even more reserved personality. Renovations also included a new master bath with a steam shower and therapeutic soaking tub. Other notable features of the home include a billiards room with a wet bar, and a wine cellar with floor-to-ceiling storage for 1,000 bottles and a rail ladder for access.

The home, situated on a hillside, makes best use of its location with a great deal of exterior living space, including wrap-around terraces. The slightly less than one acre property also incorporates a detached guest house with its own garage.

Steph Curry’s meteoric career as a player began in high school; he was the NCAA scoring leader his final year of college ball, and as a pro player was named unanimous MVP in 2016, the first to receive the honor. Ayesha Curry is a celebrity chef; her program ‘Ayesha’s Home Kitchen’ launched on the Food Network last year.
