Wally Yachts has come out with a new 90-foot displacement yacht that has the ability to make a nonstop trip across the Atlantic Ocean.
The 27 Wallyace offers room for up to ten guests, as well as a crew of four. The new 90-footer boasts a full-beam master cabin that opens up to the rear of the ship, creating what Wally has called a “terrace-on-the-sea,” with the cabin opening up to a deck situated directly over the water.
Wally placed the tender garage amidships, with the RIB tender, other sea crafts, and water toys stored and launched from this location.
Powering the 27 Wallyace is a pair of 287 bkW Caterpillar C12 Diesel engines that each make 385 horsepower. The Wally Yacht offers a max speed of 13 knots and a cruising speed of 1o, and a range of 3,000 nautical miles.
While that may not seem like enough for a yacht of this size, the point of the Wallyace is a quiet ride, and extraordinary fuel efficiency.
