The man known for assisting some of the most popular baseball stars has just purchased a new home. Scott Boras, sports agent to baseball royalty, paid $3.18 million for a new home in Venice, California.

Coming in at nearly $1,020 per square foot, Boras’ new two-story home is located on a narrow lot with a saltwater lap pool and spa. The modern home boasts an undeniably contemporary style, but a wealth of textural variations give the interiors a fairly unique aesthetic.

The superagent’s home features four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, an open area living room, a media room, and a dining area across roughly 3,100 square feet. Luxurious features like custom wood cabinetry, a wet bar, and oak hardwood floors add a modern flair.

Boras is known for negotiating more than $2 billion in baseball contracts, including clients like Kris Bryant and Max Scherzer.
