Producer Gianni Nunnari—who has produced and executive-produced films by Martin Scorsese, Oliver Stone, and Robert Rodriguez—has accepted an offer for a residence in the Malibu Colony. Nunnari took $10.37 million for the oceanfront property, which had been listed for $10.999 million prior to the sale, although it had been initially listed about a year ago for a little less than $13.5 million. He still did well, though, against his 2014 purchase price of $7.8 million.

At one time owned by actor Bruce Willis, the beachfront Contemporary style home measures 4,640 square feet, and contains five bedrooms and 5.5 baths. It dates to 1988.

The home features a walled courtyard entry, and its common living areas are open concept. Sliding glass doors open from the living room to the deck overlooking the ocean. The tiered common living area is grounded nicely with a large fireplace. 10’ ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, white oak floors and whitewash help give the interior spaces the pleasingly sun-washed atmosphere of an upscale Malibu oceanfront home.

The home incorporates a fitness studio with sauna, updated kitchen with lengthy center island, and a big, bright second-floor master are among the home’s charms.

Nunnari’s production company—Hollywood Gang Productions—had its first hit with 1995’s bleaker-than-bleak ‘Se7en’; ‘From Dusk Till Dawn’ and its progeny followed. His most recent picture was Scorsese’s ‘Silence’; he has executive-produced three films for the legendary director.
