A Los Angeles estate owned by pop superstar Tom Jones has hit the market at $8 million. The Welsh-born singer owned the property for nearly twenty years, and called it home with his longtime wife, Linda Woodward. Jones purchased the property for $2.65 million.

The pastel giant of a home measures a little less than 8,150 square feet, and contains five bedrooms and seven baths.

Legendary for its wild décor, the home features leopard-print carpets, with the motif picked up constantly through the house. The many rooms of the residence include a formal dining room, tiered living room, and a library swaddled in hardwood paneling. The house also contains a media room/home cinema and family room, which sets an entertaining atmosphere via fireplace and wet bar. The house features an elevator, as well as an elaborate and ornate staircase.

The bedrooms of the home are all en-suite, with the large master incorporating a sitting room with a fireplace. There are his and hers bathrooms in the master as well, and the room is one of several that features a balcony accessible through French doors. The house features staff living quarters in the basement.

The home’s exterior features a large pool, water feature, terraces and lounge areas, and nicely landscaped grounds. The property offers panoramic views of the mountains and city.

Following the death of his wife of over fifty years, Jones has expressed a desire to return to the British Isles. The septuagenarian rocker will begin a tour of Europe in June, with initial dates in England.
