Television star and entrepreneur Suzanne Somers and her husband, Alan Hamel, have relisted their longtime Palm Springs estate for $14.5 million.

The 70-acre property that is accessible via a private funicular railway system has belonged to the couple since 1977. The acreage boasts a total of eight bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and two half baths, the bulk of which are found in a French villa-style main house that also features a stunning master suite, an outdoor shower, and an office space.

There is also a stacked-stone home slotted into the hillside that was designed by architect Albert Frey. Other amenities of the estate include a 5,000-bottle wine complete with a tasting room and a two-room kitchen.

The property include views of the Coachella Valley, a lap swimming pool, a waterfall-fed pond, guest villas, an amphitheater, outdoor dining areas, and even a carousel.

Somers rose to fame through her role in the iconic 1973 film “American Graffiti.” She then had long runs on a pair popular sitcoms in the 80’s and 90’s, “Three’s Company” and “Step by Step,” respectively.

Hamel hosted famed 1960s television game shows like the “Wedding Party” and “Anniversary Game.” He then went on to produce many of Somers’ TV and video specials.
