Popular Hollywood fashion designer Zac Posen recently secured himself new digs in the Upper East Side of New York City in the form of a $3.5-million duplex penthouse unit.

The two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartment is an entertainer’s dream thanks to a giant 1,800-square-foot terrace that almost wraps around the entire space. That is also in addition to a formal dining room and lavishly appointed bedrooms.

Other stunning features include a wood-burning fireplace with a Chesney marble mantle, a handcrafted iron staircase, and hand-painted beam ceilings.

This is all packed into the Emery Roth-designed co-op building at 210 East 73rd Street.

Posen is a judge on the fashion show “Project Runway” and has crafted red-carpet creations for the likes of Claire Danes, Katie Holmes, Emily Ratajkowski, and many more. The New York native also has a cookbook scheduled to release later this year and is designing the new uniforms for Delta Air Lines.
