Two-time Winter Olympic gold medalist and X-Games star Shaun White’s former investment property in Hollywood Hills West, that he offloaded last year for $2.3 million, has landed back on the market for just under $4 million.

The 1963-built contemporary-style house measures in at 2,036 square feet and recently underwent a renovation completed by Malgosia Migdal.

Noticeable changes that earn the home its new $3.995-million price tag include redone bathrooms, a new marble fireplace, sliding glass walls, and an updated eat-in kitchen with dark-hued cabinets.

White still maintains other properties in Southern California and Utah, so he’s probably okay with the new owners looking to make a quick buck on his former digs.
