NFL All-Pro Julius Peppers is still trying to offload his massive 8,810-square-foot mansion in Mooresville, North Carolina, after placing it on the open market a year and a half ago. The home is now on its third price cut and is available for $3.4 million.

Boasting five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, the Spanish-style house is situated on 1.4 acres and found in a private neighborhood just off the shores of Lake Norman called The Point, which is about 40 minutes from Charlotte and the Panthers’ home Bank of America Stadium.  The current asking price makes it the most expensive listing found at The Point, which has a median home price of $1.1 million.

Peppers’ manse includes a chef’s kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and a double refrigerator, a 400-gallon saltwater fish tank, a living room complete with a wet bar, a game room, and a home theater.

Outside there is a covered patio space with an in-ground grill, a pool, and a hot tub.

A North Carolina native, Peppers paid $4.18 million for the home back in 2006 while he was playing for the Carolina Panthers in the beginning of his Hall-of-Fame-worthy career. The 36-year-old currently plays for the Green Bay Packers and has also played for the Chicago Bears.
