New York Knicks forward Lance Thomas has acquired some new digs in the form of a triplex condo in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York City for $3.56 million.

The 2,518-square-foot triplex holds a pair of bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The unit features fine furnishings, such as wide plank Italian oak flooring, a custom eat-in kitchen with marble counters, recessed LED art lighting, a double-height great room with a marble fireplace, a three-story-high glass wall, and access to a private 86-square-foot outdoor space.

The unit is located at 52 Lispenard Street, which is a recently renovated housing project that combined two 19th-century landmark buildings and features six units.

Thomas recently signed a new four-year, $27-million contract to remain with the Knicks.
