Calvin Klein has lowered the asking price of his Miami Beach home $1 million and has placed it back on the market for $15 million.

The fashion mogul had originally listed his five-bedroom and two half-bath beach house for $16 million last year, but the listing was taken down this past August and re-evaluated.

The 1929-built, 5,800-square-foot home boasts an open floor plan and an indoor/outdoor living space with outdoor dining and living rooms that add an extra 2,000 square feet of living space. The house is situated on a property that includes a long infinity pool and nearly 115-feet of open bay.

Klein is selling the home with all of the furnishings that come from antiques dealer Axel Vervoordt, who brought in pieces from all over the world to complete the house. The 73-year-old fashion designer also brought in Belgian craftsmen to complete wall and floor finishes to achieve a European vibe in the interior.

Klein plans on purchasing another estate in the Hollywood Hills, which is why he decided to sell the Miami home.
