‘Dancing With the Stars’ Choreographer Mark Ballas Flipping Renovated Beverly Hills Home for $4.3M

Professional dancer and “Dancing with the Stars” choreographer Mark Ballas has just listed his Beverly Hills home for $4.3 million.

Ballas purchased the four-bedroom, five-and-a-half bath house for $2.5 million less than a year ago, but it appears that he made the purchase with the goal of a quick-flip renovation. If his improvements are met with approval by interested buyers, the dancer is set to make quite a profit on the flip.

The Los Angeles-area home spans 4,870 square feet and was originally built in 1973. While the Spanish-style mansion kept its original aesthetic, it features several upgrades and plenty of space for entertaining.

In addition to two kitchens, two family rooms, a bonus room, and en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom, the home boasts an open and inviting floor plan and soaring ceilings.

Ballas isn’t new to high-end real estate deals, as he and fellow “DWTS” member Derek Hough were followed by an HGTV crew to document their journey to flip another luxury home. The pair successfully flipped the home, making roughly half a million dollars.
