In the midst of legal issues and domestic abuse allegations, actor Johnny Depp has sold one of his Los Angeles penthouses for $2.545 million.

Four of his other penthouses in the Eastern Columbia Building in downtown L.A. are also currently for sale, but this recently unloaded unit holds two bedrooms and three bathrooms. While it appeared that the actor was hoping to sell the five-penthouse collection together for $12.78 million, it seems that he’s also okay with selling them separately.

The penthouses are nestled in a beautiful Art Deco structure, and Depp bought the units in 2007, opting to keep most units separate except for those on the upper floor. In total, the five units span a combined 11,500 square feet of loft-style space.

The recently unloaded unit features accents like a galley-style kitchen with steel appliances, a vintage bar, a private terrace, and steel-paned windows with views of the Orpheum Theatre.

The prices of the remaining four units have not been disclosed.
