Hollywood Royals Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell have been busy this year—Hawn with her first movie in 15 years alongside comedienne-of-the-moment Amy Schumer and Russell with three films: Deepwater Horizon, Fast 8 and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. They’re also looking to sell the $7.25 million Los Angeles mansion they’ve called home since 2004.

Located in the Palisades Riviera neighborhood on the eastern edge of the Pacific Palisades, the ivy-covered and French door-rich abode is 6,400 square feet of well-appointed charm, with a flower-lined brick walk, built-in bookshelves lining the formal living room and an adorable country kitchen with a blue-and-white checkerboard backsplash, a farmhouse sink, delicate yellow shaker cabinetry, an oversized center island with bar seating and an enormous skylight.

The home includes three bedrooms, with a master suite featuring a seating area, a fireplace, more built-in bookcases and a chandelier-topped bathroom with oversized sunken tub. A mirrored home gym, a media room and a lofted guest suite with an under-stair office area are also included.

The gorgeously landscaped backyard includes palm trees, multiple covered and uncovered seating areas, the requisite swimming pool and spa combination and a cabana-equipped lounging deck.

Russell and Hawn’s 33-year-long relationship began in 1984 on the set of Swing Shift. In a recent appearance on Britain’s panel show Loose Women, Hawn said the secret to their enduring relationship is that the two were never married.

“If you need to be bound to someone, then it’s important to be married,” she said. “If you are independent, then it’s important to not be married.”
