American rapper and entertainer Rick Ross has just earned $6.05 million in the sale of his South Florida waterfront estate.

Located in Broward County, the 2008-built home is nestled in the well-to-do Lauderdale Isle Amen Plat community and spans more than 10,000 square feet divided over three separate stories. The Mediterranean-inspired home is undeniably luxurious with elegant furnishings, walls of windows, 20-foot ceilings, and plenty of luxe amenities.

In addition to 8 bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms, and 2 half-baths, the mansion also features amenities like an elevator, a full bar, a sauna, a gym, a game room, and a theater. This is all in addition to 150 feet of stunning water frontage, a pool with a built-in bar, and a spa out back.

The sprawling backyard is also complete with easy ocean access and a private dock that’s ideal for resting the new owner’s superyacht.

Ross, who was formerly known as William Leonard Roberts II, first listed the property in 2014 for $9.25 million after originally paying $5.175 million for it.
