Pop icon and “The Voice” judge Adam Levine has cut the asking price of his Beverly Hills, California, property by $1.55 million, to $15.95 million.

The multi-winged home Levine is looking to offload measures in at 7,100 square feet and is located on a 3.6-acre parcel in a private gated section on a ridgeline above Beverly Hills.

The Maroon 5 lead singer’s manse holds five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. It comes with an awe-inspiring living/great room, a custom kitchen, a den with built-in bookshelves, a gym, a theater room with an ultramodern projection setup, a roaring 20’s-inspired card room, and a two-story garage perfect for the automobile enthusiast.

Outside, there is a dark flagstone terrace accompanied by a swimming pool with a spa and a lighted tennis court that has since been turned into a basketball court.

Levine snatched up the estate for $4.83 million in October of 2012 and is set to make a nice little profit even if he has to slash the price again should he not find a buyer this time around. He and his wife, Victoria’s Secret model Behati Prinsloo, just celebrated the birth of their first child.

The glamorous couple has also finally sold their New York City SoHo district apartment to an unknown buyer after placing it on the market this past April.
