CAA agent Jeremy Plager and his wife, comedic actress Andrea Savage, are looking to sell their home this week, asking $3.199 million for the 5-bedroom in Sherman Oaks.

Located past a hedged gate and shrouded by dense foliage, the 5,890-square-foot multi-level has a decidedly Mediterranean vibe, with an entry set back behind a tiled courtyard imprinted with a circular design. Tiled roofs, an arched front loggia and wrought-iron Juliet balconies give the entry a very “European town square” vibe.

The home’s delicately moody finish includes chocolate brown accent walls and ceilings, recessed lighting, hardwood floors and a deep-red patterned wallpaper behind the transom-equipped game room’s fireplace.

A khaki-green formal dining room sports corner china built-ins, while the chef’s kitchen features a granite-topped center island with plenty of wine storage, stainless steel appliances, heritage-look cabinets and quaintly tiled countertops.

Details of the master suite include a fireplace, balcony access, a softly vaulted ceiling and a delicate amber paint job, not to mention an attached bath with a garden tub.

Outdoors, an ivy-covered loggia gives way to a barbecue area, while raised garden beds, a stone fireplace, and a pool-spa combination offer the best in outdoor living.

Savage is known for her roles on television’s The Hotwives of Las Vegas, Dog Bites Man and Episodes, while Plager serves as agent to such notables as Dakota Fanning, Gerard Butler and Sally Field.

The couple purchased the property in 2010 for a reported $2.415 million.
