Grammy award-winning singer Linda Ronstadt has just unloaded her Tucson, Arizona, home for $1 million.

The popular musician purchased the 1.3-acre estate in 1994 for $467,000 and was originally hoping to receive around $1.6 million for the historic Colonia Solana neighborhood home. Even though it sold for quite a bit less, it’s no less luxurious.

At 4,100 square feet, the Mediterranean home dates back to the late 1920s, but it has since been fully renovated and upgraded. Maintaining some of its original architectural details, the main home is certainly unique with four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

Bespoke tilework and hand-forged iron door hardware are just some of the home’s special details, while terra cotta tile floors, French doors, and high ceilings with wood beams maintain the vintage-inspired aesthetic.

In addition to several brick patios and a swimming pool, there’s also a 600-square-foot, studio-style guest home with a bathroom and a fireplace on the grounds.
