Hollywood business manager Steven Pines has himself as a new pro-bono client: himself. The movie power player recently listed his Pacific Palisades home for $3.225 million.

The rustic, pink-hued home is tucked between privacy hedges on a quiet street in the Palisades Village area. Spanish-tile steps decorated with colorful risers lead up to the long porch. Through the front door, there’s a formal living room, a country-style kitchen with a colorful tiled island, four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, spanning 2,570 square feet. Designer touches include a set of French doors off the formal dining area that open to a side patio filled with bougainvillea and a vaulted ceiling in the master suite. There’s also a deck just beyond the master bedroom, which overlooks the yard, where you’ll find a rectangular swimming pool, citrus and walnut trees, and landscaped lawns.

Pines, whose clients include such notables as Oliver Stone and the Farrelly brothers, reportedly bought the house about two decades ago for $714,000.
