Sports TV and radio personality Rich Eisen and his sportscaster wife Suzy Shuster are $3.255 million richer this week after selling their Los Angeles home in an off-market deal to ad executive Jeff Dashev and his wife Ronnie, a music industry lawyer and co-founder—along with Madonna and Frederick DeMann—of Maverick Records.

The private four-bedroom sits behind tall hedges and a wrought-iron gate on a Beverly Hills property landscaped with bamboo and olive trees and includes around 3,100 square feet of sleekly appointed interior space, with a skylit living area, dark hardwood throughout, a media center with walnut built-in shelving and an oversized eat-in kitchen with a corner booth, stainless steel appliances and a center island. Other amenities include a two-car garage, a wine cellar, a home office, an outdoor living area with a fire pit and built-in barbecue and the L.A. standard swimming pool with spa. A tray ceiling and French doors distinguish the master bedroom, while the master bath features a frameless shower and soaking tub.

Eisen came to national recognition as a long-time anchor of ESPN’s flagship highlights program “SportsCenter.” In 2003, he moved over to the NFL Network, where he hosts “NFL Total Access” and the NFL pregame shows on Sunday mornings and Thursday nights. In 2014, he added radio to his repertoire with the launch of “The Rich Eisen Show” on Fox Sports and Sirius Radio.

Shuster has won an Emmy for her sports journalism with ABC Sports and serves as the host of the USC Football Pregame Show.

They reportedly purchased the home for $1.94 million in 2003.
