Former Disney star turned executive producer Ashley Tisdale has listed her Los Angeles-area home for $2.695 million.
The Studio City home has a vaguely Cape Cod-style look and stretches to 4,976 square feet with five bedrooms and six baths. Tisdale and her husband, musician Christopher French, purchased the home just last year for $2.5 million.
Nestled behind private gates, the beautiful home sports a high-ceilinged formal living room with a fireplace and a formal dining room that can be closed off thanks to a barn-style sliding door.
While it’s unclear if the couple ever lived in the home, it certainly is luxurious with brown hardwood floors, a built-in entertainment unit in the family room, reclaimed brick walls, and glass sliders leading to the backyard.
Additional amenities include a state-of-the-art home theater, a home automation system, an 8-camera security apparatus, and a completely stylized kitchen with accents like white kitchen cabinets with Gothic-style glass-fronted uppers, a porcelain farmhouse sink, a large center island, and a collection of stainless steel appliances.
Out back, the future owner will also enjoy a trellis-shaded terrace, a saltwater swimming pool and spa, and a built-in grilling station.
