Four-time Super Bowl Champion quarterback Terry Bradshaw is looking to offload his 744-acre ranch in Thackerville, Oklahoma. Listed at $10.8 million, it’s just enough to make it the most expensive listing in the state.

Bradshaw’s estate, which has been on the market since 2014, features an 8,600-square-foot main house that holds six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half baths. This main house boasts hand-scraped hardwood floors, field stone fireplaces, and an outdoor space clearly meant for entertaining with a pool and outdoor kitchenette area.

The acreage is a paradise for horse lovers with a four-stall stallion area, a 50-stall mare barn, a breeding lab, a 20-stall show barn, and a covered arena. The listing also features a working cattle station that Bradshaw apparently spent millions to build from the ground up.

Another interesting feature is a two-story doghouse that comes with its own swimming pool for man’s best friend. Of course, four ponds and three lakes on the property also add more opportunities for outdoor adventure.

Bradshaw’s ranch is also only 90 minutes from Dallas-Fort Worth airport. The “Fox NFL Sunday” host is apparently unloading his impressive home because he’s trying to downsize.
