After failing to sell his Goshen, Connecticut estate with a $19,750,000 price tag in 2014, tennis legend Ivan Lendl is giving it a go again, listing the 450-acre property for the exact same price. Lendl, a former world no. 1 and the current coach of recent Wimbledon champ Andy Murray, purchased the property for $4.2 million in the 1980s and set to work building the imposing Georgian Colonial.

The home includes 10 bedrooms, 12 full- and 3 half-bathrooms and a spacious 25,000 square feet of living space, with a bevy of outsized amenities, including basketball and (naturally) tennis courts, a home gym with a steam room, indoor and outdoor pools, professional equestrian facilities, a barn and a large dog kennel.

The massive living room features custom crown molding, polished wood floors and a pair of crystal chandeliers, while a second grand room includes a fireplace and informal living and dining areas. The trophy room features wall-to-wall built-in shelving and doubles as an office, and the kitchen features back-to-back sinks across the center island and a tile backsplash.

Throughout a career spanning the ‘80s and early ‘90s, Lendl went toe-to-toe with greats like Bjorn Borg, Jimmy Connors and John McEnroe, retiring in 1994 to focus on raising his five daughters with his wife Samantha.

In 2011, he signed on as Murray’s coach, leading the Scotsman to wins at Wimbledon and the U.S. Open. After taking some time off, Lendl returned to help Murray to another championship at this year’s Wimbledon tournament and a gold medal in Men’s Singles at the Olympics.

Lendl and his wife also own a property in Vero Beach, Florida.
