Former presidential hopeful Dr. Ben Carson has just purchased a luxurious new manse outside of Palm Beach.

Just five months after dropping out of the race for the White House, Carson dropped $4.37 million for a Florida home that’s virtually down the street from Republican nominee Donald Trump’s home.

The retired neurosurgeon and his wife Candy will surely find some rest and relaxation in the 8,782-square-foot home located in the Old Palm Golf Club, close to Palm Beach Gardens. With five bedrooms all complete with ensuite bathrooms, the property was first listed for $5.4 million in December before being reduced several times.

The Carsons will surely enjoy the fully gated one-acre grounds that feature unrivaled views of the 15th fairway and green. Additional amenities include an elevator, a six-car garage, and a home theater fit for 20.

Carson relocated to Palm Beach County in 2013 after retiring from his position as head of pediatric surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. He still owns a home in the Ibis Golf and Country Club that he purchased for $775,000.
