Former Brooklyn Nets forward Thaddeus Young is now playing for the Pacers, so he might not need his Brooklyn apartment anymore. Maybe that’s why he just listed for $6.3 million.

The NBA player will probably settle down in Indianapolis seeing as he’s signed a multimillion-dollar contract with the Nets set until 2018, with the option to extend to 2019. Even though he letting go of his three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath apartment, he’ll surely miss the elegant unit at One Brooklyn Bridge Park.

Purchased just under a year ago, Young’s apartment is now listed for roughly $1 million more than what he paid for it. Since it does belong to an NBA player, it’s pretty luxe with plenty of high-end amenities.

Located in one of Brooklyn’s most expensive buildings, the pad sports a chef’s kitchen, a laundry room, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a screening room for kicking back with popcorn and a movie.

Additional features include incredible Manhattan skyline views and a terrace crafted from wood sourced from the Coney Island Boardwalk.
