Pauline Rochas and her partner Carole Beaupré are hoping to unload their Williamsburg-neighborhood Brooklyn home for $2.585 million.

Rochas, the granddaughter of perfumer and socialite Hélène Rochas, and Beaupré run a photography studio together, but they also collaborated on Le Premier Parfume in 2014. The creative couple’s New York apartment is located at 85 North 34rd Street and appears to be just as stylish as expected.

Spanning 2,082 square feet, the unit is located in the historic Mill Building and sports unique features like 12-foot ceilings, timber beams, wide-plank floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The two-bedroom, two-bath apartment has its own bespoke aesthetic, too, with a bold and bright red backsplash in the kitchen and exposed brick in one of the bedrooms.

The pair purchased their home in 2007 for just $940,000, so if they sell the apartment for the asking price, they’re set to make a nice profit.
