American drummer and TV personality Max Weinberg has just purchased an impressive $7.5 million house in Palm Beach.

The Florida single-family home spans 4,420 square feet and holds five bedrooms. In addition to plenty of space, the home is luxurious, too, having just undergone several renovations. The distinctly Mediterranean-style home sports features like marble and hardwood flooring throughout and living areas with an open floor plan.

Out back, Weinberg will enjoy a lush backyard that’s perfect for entertaining with loggias, a pool, and a spa. There’s also a large patio off the master bedroom to check on kids playing outside or to simply enjoy an alfresco meal.

Weinberg is also the proud owner of two other Miami homes, including a flipped property at 260 El Pueblo Way and two penthouses at the Lake Towers. The drummer is probably best known as the longtime drummer of Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band.
