Sony’s new Z Series range of 4K HDR Ultra HD televisions has firmly planted the Japanese brand in the super-elite high-end TV market.
HDR stands for High Dynamic Range, which offers uber-realistic, deeper blacks and a super high contrast thanks to Sony’s Backlight Master Drive Technology. Sony claims the added HDR to the 4K Ultra HD models takes viewing to an entirely new level.
With Sony’s 4K Processor X1 chip and its 4K X-Reality PRO, the TVs offer incredibly lifelike pictures. The new line will come in 65-, 75-, and 100-inch models.
Thanks to these features and a host of other innovative Sony technologies, the new 4K HDR Ultra HD TVs are something special. Prices start at $7,000 for these advanced televisions that are part of the Z Series lineup.
