Former model turned actress Lake Bell has just listed her New York mid-19th-century townhouse for $3 million.

The star’s home is undeniably boho-chic and is located on a tree-lined street in Brooklyn’s Clinton Hill neighborhood. Bell and her husband, artist Scott Campbell, purchased the home for $1.55 million in February of 2013, so they might be preparing to nearly double their investment.

Bell’s four-story home holds four or five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and two kitchens. Its unique aesthetic has been described as “Greek and Gothic Revival” that’s been upgraded to reflect true “Brooklyn style.”

The future owner will enter the beautiful home via a classic raised stoop entrance before finding a double parlor complete with antique light fixtures, ashy brown stained oak floors, and a carved marble fireplace. Both kitchens are decked out, too, with an abundance of rustic elements like butcher block counter tops, exposed brick walls, distressed wood cabinets, and brass fixtures.

Bell wrote, directed, produced, and starred in the 2013 indie comedy “In a World” and recently lent her voice to the animated film “Secret Life of Pets.”
