MLB pitcher and Texas native Clay Buchholz has listed his Texas home for $3.2 million.

The Red Sox player’s Tuscan-style villa is located on Lake Travis in Volente and spans 7,421 square feet. With a distinctly luxurious old-world style, the estate is designed for entertaining friends and family.

In addition to a gym, sauna, and plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation, the home also holds an impressive jersey-filled game room complete with a wet bar, a pool table, and built-ins perfect for showing off memorabilia. The media room is even decorated exactly like a Parisian-style movie theater.

Out back, the new residents can weave between sky-high columns to enjoy the impressive infinity pool, sports court, balcony, and even the outdoor kitchen complete with a pop-up flat-screen TV on the kitchen island.

Unfortunately, the two-time All-Star might dearly miss those outstanding views of Lake Travis since his season hasn’t been off to a great start.
