Country singer and songwriter Gretchen Wilson is hoping to unload her Tennessee Home. The artist has listed her east-of-Nashville estate for $1.7 million.

Not surprisingly, the luxurious home sports a professional sound studio where Wilson recorded several of her bestselling albums. In fact, the singer plans to record one more album in the studio this month before officially moving out.

According to rumor, two potential prospects are music industry folks who’d certainly make use of the high-quality recording studio complete with foot-thick walls. Wilson is also open to selling the recording equipment separately.

For potential buyers without an ear for music, the studio can be converted to a perfect mother-in-law suite with its own bathroom and separate entrance.

Set on 16 acres roughly 25 minutes from Nashville, the home was marked down from $2.7 million and holds four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Of course, large walk-in closets, a three-car attached garage, a three-car detached garage, and indoor and outdoor fireplaces add to the value of the estate.

The Grammy-winning singer, whose 2004 debut single “Redneck Woman” hit No. 1 on Billboard’s country charts, already snapped up a new home closer to the music and drama school her daughter, Grace, is enrolled at.
